È Beyoncé l'artista con più nomination per i prossimi Grammy Awards che si terranno il prossimo 12 febbraio. La cantante, uscita quest'anno con "Lemonade" ha collezionato 9 candidature comprese tre nelle categorie più importanti, come quella per l'album dell'anno assieme a "25" di Adele, "Purpose" di Justn Bieber, "Views" di Drake e la sorpresa "A Sailor's Guide To Earth" di Sturgill Simpson. Con queste nove nomination Beyoncé diventa anche la prima a ricevere, nello stesso anno, nomination nelle categorie pop, rock, R&B e rap oltre al record come artista più volte candidata (62) nella storia dei Grammy. La cantante è presente anche nelle categorie "Record of the Year" e "Song of the year" tra le altre, mentre a contendersi la categoria del miglior nuovo artista ci sono Kelsea Ballerini, The Chainsmokers, Chance The Rapper, Maren Morris e Anderson .Paak. Ci sono anche la nostra Laura Pausini, candidata nella categoria "Best Latin Pop Album" con "Similares" la versione in spagnolo del suo penultimo album "Simili" che le dà la possibilità di bissare il successo del 2008, quando vinse con "Escucha", Andrea Bocelli con "Cinema" candidato per il Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album ed Ennio Morricone nelle categorie Best Score Soundtrack For Visual Media con la colonna sonora, già Premio Oscar, per The Hateful Eight di Quentin Tarantino e Best Instrumental Composition per "L'Ultima Diligenza Di Red Rock – Versione Integrale".
